オーラ絵画とは「あなたご自身の持つ才能やあふれるエネルギーに対面する世界でたった一つのアート」
「オーラ」とは一人一人に備わっている生きる力・エネルギーの螺旋。
人や自然、空間そして土地など、エネルギーをもつものとわたしが共鳴することで私の身体を絵筆のように用いながら描く絵画。
描いているのは確かにわたしなのだが、デザインも選色も一切意図なく一瞬一瞬のエネルギーを投影して出来上がっていく。
セッションは原風景を目にすることや、概念の壁の内にあるご自身に触れることもあるという独特の時間。
言うなればわたしは“媒体”として存在し、わたしから出ているように思われる言葉もあなた自身の言葉であるということになる。
この世界を作り上げているのが私たちの意識そのものであるとすれば、
宇宙があり、地球があり、私たちがいる、のではなく、私たち一人一人の中に宇宙がある。
私たち自体が宇宙そのものであれば、あなた自身は広がり続ける可能性を秘めている

坂東 工
1977 年、東京生まれ。日本大学芸術学部卒業後、渡米。 俳優・ナレーター・アーティスト・起業家。『硫黄島からの手紙』などでハリウッド映画出演を果たした後、日本へ帰国。 Amazon Primeにてバチェラー、バチェロレッテ・ジャパン、全シリーズの司会進行を務めた。
アメリカでのネイティブアメリカンと共に狩猟や採掘をして生活した体験から、2011年アート活動を開始。同年、初個展を開催。作品『生きる』が川崎市美術展にて奨励賞を受賞。
- 2015年 映画『真⽥⼗勇⼠』の⾐装製作を依頼される。
- 2016年 映画『忍びの国』にて鈴⽊亮平 （下⼭伝兵衛役）の⾐装製作を担当。同年３月より絵画制作を開始、のちにオーラアートとしてセッション形式のアート制作を手掛ける。
- 2018年 NHK大河ドラマ『⻄郷どん』にて渡辺謙（島津⻫彬役）の⾐装製作を担当。
- 2019年 7⽉NY にて初の個展を開催。展⽰会の模様は NHK にて放送された。同年 9⽉には産学連携プロジェクトとして、御茶ノ⽔美術専⾨学校にて個展を開催。
- 2020年 9⽉東京中⽬⿊にてブロックチェーン×アートの可能性を追求した個展『つながるピースPEACE&PIECE』を開催。CreemaSprings にて⾏われたクラウドファンディングでは開始 45分で25枚の絵画が売切れとなり、急遽追加で描かれた絵画（25枚）も1日で完売。
- 2021年4⽉⾃⾝初となる壁画を横浜駅地下街にて制作。
- 2022年7⽉株式会社富⼠通、川崎新社屋４Fに17mの壁画を制作。また滋賀県加茂神社にオーラアートをご奉納。同年8⽉ 表参道 ERIC ROSE にて個展、Bayside Warehouse にて屏⾵絵を制作。
- 2023年9⽉大阪⼼斎橋PARCOにて個展を開催。これまでの個展では出品作全て完売。2024年よりアトリエを品川に移転。新宿下落合氷川神社、穴守稲荷神社にオーラアートをご奉納。10月、Westin Hotel Tokyo×シャンパン・コレ×坂東工のコラボレーションでオーラアートを作成。
- 2025年6月、ロールスロイス横浜にてBlack Badge Spectreをライブアートにて制作。同日オークションにて落札。9月、東京アメリカンクラブにて和太鼓奏者・岩切響一の演奏を依代にライブアートを制作。同日オークションにて落札。10月、蛇窪神社にてご奉納。11月、品川区・春雨寺にて、パラリンピック開会式国歌独唱歌手・佐藤ひらりの歌声を依代にライブアートを春雨寺にご奉納。中央区×ACミラン×坂東工のイベントにて日本サッカー協会（児童支援）への寄付を目的としたライブアートを制作。
- 2026年1月、帝国ホテルにて開催された新年宴会にてライブアートを制作。同日オークションにて落札された。
現在「あなたのオーラを描きます」というオーラアートをセッション形式で制作。2016年に絵画を描きはじめて以来、現在までオーラアートは、企業経営者をはじめ、各界の著名人や文化人、海外の方々など、すでに500 以上のコミッションワーク（受注制作）を制作している。
Born in Tokyo in 1977, Takumi Bando is an artist, actor, narrator, and entrepreneur whose work moves fluidly between visual art, performance, and cultural expression.
After graduating from the College of Art at Nihon University, he moved to the United States, where he appeared in international film productions including Letters from Iwo Jima. During his time in America, he lived alongside Native American communities, sharing in daily life through hunting and mining. This formative experience deeply shaped his worldview and later became the foundation of his artistic practice.
Returning to Japan, Bando became widely known as the host of all seasons of The Bachelor Japan and The Bachelorette Japan on Amazon Prime Video. At the same time, he began developing his work as a visual artist. In 2011, he launched his art career with his first solo exhibition, and his early work Living received an award at the Kawasaki City Art Exhibition.
His creative activities expanded beyond painting into costume design for major films and television productions, including Sanada Ten Braves, Mumon: The Land of Stealth, and the NHK Taiga drama Segodon. In 2016, he began painting in earnest and gradually established Aura Art, a distinctive, session-based practice in which he visualizes the unseen energy of people, places, and moments.
Since then, Bando has held solo exhibitions in New York, Tokyo, Osaka, and other cities, with many shows selling out in their entirety. His work has explored new frontiers such as blockchain and art, large-scale murals, folding screen paintings, and live art performances created in collaboration with music, voice, and ritual. His murals and installations can be found in public spaces, corporate headquarters, and sacred sites, including shrines and temples across Japan.
Bando’s Aura Art has also become a focal point of high-profile live art events and charitable auctions, created in collaboration with global brands, hotels, and cultural institutions. His works have been dedicated to shrines, offered at major venues such as the Imperial Hotel Tokyo, and collected by business leaders, cultural figures, and international clients.
To date, Takumi Bando has completed more than 500 commissioned Aura Art works. His practice continues to evolve as a form of contemporary ritual—an act of listening, receiving, and giving shape to what cannot be seen, yet is deeply felt.
